Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cup cut-up cooked chicken
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Mozzarella (5 oz)
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried basil leave
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs

Step 1
1. Heat oven 400. Grease a 9 inch pie plate
2. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in pie plate. Mix chicken, 1/2 cup mozzarella, oregano, basil, garlic and tomato paste and spoon over Parmesan.
3. Stir bisquick, milk, eggs until blended. Pour over the chicken mixture
4. Bake 35 minutes, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake additional 5-8 min or longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
