Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork loin chops (6 ounces each)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp table grind black pepper
  • i tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth ( can use reduced sodium chicken broth)
  • 2 tablespoons maille whole grain Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup half-and-half( regular or fat free)

Step 1

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, brown chops in extra virgin olive oil for 4-5 minutes on each side. Place on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

Stir broth into skillet, scraping up any browned bits. Stir in mustard and half-and-half. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5-6 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve with pork chops
