BUTTER - SUN-DRIED TOMATO

Ingredients

• 1/3 C. soft butter or margarine
• 1 T. minced oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
• Few dashes chipotle hot sauces

Preparation

Step 1

To make butter, mix all ingredients. Spoon into serving dish and chill up to 3 days.
Serve at room temperature.
Spread on warm muffins.
