Peanutty Choco Surprises

Ingredients

• 1 cup Peter Pan Peanut Butter, Smooth or Crunchy
• 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 lb. bag milk chocolate stars or kisses or candy bars broken into pieces
• Powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream peanut butter, butter and sugar. Beat in eggs.

2. Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add gradually until well blended.

3. Chill dough at least 30 minutes for easier handling.

4. Wrap about 1 level teaspoonful of dough around each chocolate piece.

5. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 350 degree F. oven 10 to 12 minutes.

6. Remove and cool slightly. Roll in powdered sugar and let cool completely.

Yield: About 8 dozen cookies.
