Ingredients
- 1 can of consumme
- 2 to 3 onions per can of soup
- 2 tsp. (about) Chicken Soup Base to taste
- 4 tsp. (about) Beef Soup Base to taste
- Croutons
- Mozza or Monterey Jack Grated Cheese

Step 1
Fry onions in butter.
Simmer the consumme, onions and soup bases is a pot, the longer it simmers the more flavor it will have. I usually simmer mine for a good hour at least. Best made the day before.
Fill soup bowls about ¾ full with simmered soup, put a handful of croutons on top of the soup, then the cheese.
Put the bowls on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven until they are brown.
