- 1 tablespoon bread improver
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry active yeast
- 1 L warm water

Step 1
This recipe makes two loaves of the best bread, without all the kneading.
Mix all dry ingredients together thoroughly.
Make a well in the centre.
Add 875 mL of the water.
Mix for approximately 2 minutes, until the dough is formed.
Add additional water, 1 teaspoon at a time, if needed. If dough is too wet, add more flour.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in a draft-free place for about an hour until doubled in size.
Knead for another minute until all the air has escaped. Shape into rectangles and place in bread tins which have been sprayed with oil spray.
You must use the exact amount of salt to eliminate the yeasty taste. I slice and put the bread in the freezer. To obtain the correct water temperature, use 600 mL cold water mixed with 400 mL boiling water. Weigh divided dough on kitchen scales to obtain the same weight.
