PECAN PIE (ABBY'S)

Ingredients

• 9 " unbaked pie shell
• 1 c. light corn syrup
• 1 c. firmly packed brown syrup
• 3 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1/3 c. butter, melted
• 1/3 t. salt
• 1 t. vanilla
• 1 heaping cup pecan halves

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, eggs, butter, salt & vanilla.

Mix Well.

Pour into unbaked pie crust.

Sprinkle with pecan halves.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes or until center is set (toothpick inserted in center will come out clean).
