- 2 tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Cider Mop
- 3 cups apple cider
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 full racks pork spareribs, St Louis cut, trimmed of any large pieces of excess fat, membrane removed
- 2 tsp. tabasco sauce
