- 3-3/4 cups icing sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup butter/hard margarine, softened
- 6 tbsp milk or water
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Measure all ingredients into mixing bowl. Beat on lowest speed until all dry ingredients are moistened. Add more liquid or icing sugar if needed to make a proper spreading consistency. Beat until smooth. Enough to generously fill and ice a 2 layer cake.
MOCHA ICING: Use strong prepared coffee instead of milk or water.
