Ingredients
- 2 cups minute rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of celery
- 2 cans water
- 1 envelope dried onion soup

Preparation
Step 1
Put minute rice over bottom of 9x13" pan
Heat together cream of mushroom and cream of celery with 2 cans of water
Average cut up chicken pieces on top of rice and pour the soup over this.
Sprinkle with dried onion soup
Cover tightly with lid or foil
Bake at 325 for 2 hours and 15 minutes
Variations:
Can use regular rice (use at least twice as much water as rice)
Chicken pieces should be skinned, salted and peppered.
If only water is used for liquid, chicken pieces are about covered with water when put in oven.
