Ingredients
- 8 oz. Gorgonzola Cheese
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 package (8 oz.) diced ham
- 1 package (8 oz.) frozen peas
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 pounds gnocchi
- Grated parmesan and black pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boiling.
2. Crumble Gorgonzola cheese onto a sheet of waxed paper. Toss with cornstarch and set aside.
3. In a 10 inch nonstick skillet, heat ham over high heat until sizzling. Add frozen peas and heat through. Stir in crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and the milk. Season with pepper.
4. Cook gnocchi in boiling water for 2 - 3 minutes, according to package directions. Drain, and toss with Gorgonzola sauce. Serve warm, sprinkle with Parmesan and ground black pepper.
