Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 Cinnamon sticks
- 6 Tsps minced garlic
- 1 Can (28oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1/2 Tsp black pepper
- 1/2 Cup sherry
- 2 Medium yellow onions, chopped
- 1 Lb cooked broad noodles
- 1/2 Cup feta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet. Add the chicken and lightly brown
Combine lemon juice, cinnamon, garlic, tomatoes with juice, bay leaf, pepper, sherry and onions in the slow cooker
Add chicken. Cover; cook on low 8-10 hours or on high 4-5 hours or until done
Discard cinnamon sticks and bay leaf. Serve chicken and sauce over cooked noodles
Sprinkle with cheese just before serving
