CORN CHOWDER # 2
Flavorful bacon is the star in this chowder. Great taste. Nice and chunky.

Ingredients
- 5 bacon slices, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup water
- 2 x 14 oz. canned cream-style corn
- 1/2 tsp salat
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp parsley flakes
- 3 cups milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon in frying pan for 5 to 8 minutes. Drain. Add onion. Saute until onion is soft.
Cook potatoe in water in large saucepan until tender. Do not drain.
Add remaining 5 ingredients. Add bacon and onion. Stir. Heat through.
