Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 cups onions
- 3 in cinnamon
- 3 TBS minced garlic
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 TBS salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 TBS cumin
- 1 TBS corriander
- 1 TBS garam marsala
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3 lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup cilantro

Step 1
Heat oil on medium for 1 minute. Annd onions and cinnamon stick, sauté 5-8 minutes until onions soft and golden. SS Felixm sauté 4 more minutes. Add ginger, tomatoes, salt, balck pepper, turmeric, cumin, coriander, gram marsala and cayenne. Cook 5 minutes or until oil seperates from the marsala. Add chicken and cook for 10 min. Add sour cream and water, stir well. Increase heat to boil, reduce and cover simmer 15 min. Remove cinnamon stick. Cool curry 30 minutes. Shred chicken, return to curry and reheat.
