Ingredients
- 5 cups self-rise flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 package yeast
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups buttermilk

Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes
Mix dry ingredients
Dissolve yeast in warm water, add to milk
Add dry ingredients
Roll out 2 inch fold over roll again
Cut and brush with butter
Store in refrigerator
