Green Beans with Dijon Cream Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 lbs green beans, trimmed (haricot verts)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp dijon
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 c minced fresh basil

Preparation
Step 1
Boil water. Add green beans, return to boil, and boil 5 minutes. Drain well.
Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add pine nuts and and cook until browned, 5 minutes. Stir in cream, mustard, lemon juice and salt. Cook 2 minutes. Add fresh basil and green beans, tossing gently to coat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through.
Serve immediately.
