Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon diced
  • 1 onion minced or chopped fine
  • 1 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 1/2 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pinch of black peppe
  • 1 can minced clams
  • 1 1/2 cups milk-scalded
  • 1/2 bay leaf

Step 1

Fry bacon bits in large pan, when fried add onion and saute until browned.
Add boiling water, potatoes and seasoning. Boil 15 min or until potatoes are soft.

Heat clams and nectar to a boil in separate pan. Add along with scalded milk to soup mixture
