Ingredients
- 4 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1 lime, juice
- 1 jalapeño pepper, minced and seeds removed
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon chopped lemongrass
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- spices to taste: coriander, curry powder, salt

Step 1
Cut up avocados. Add lime juice, jalapeño, ginger, lemongrass, garlic and spices to bowl.
