Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Fresh tomato, roasted corn, pea pods, orange peppers, pinto beans and black beans (can also add cilantro, jalapenos, red onion, etc.)

Preparation
Step 1
Bring vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic powder, and cumin to a boil then remove from heat and cool.
Copy and toss all vegies.
Dress with the cooled mixture.
