Ingredients
- 4 strips of Bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion, diced very small
- 3 {11 oz.} cans of Pork & Beans {use your favorite}
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Un-sulphured Molasses
- 1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Clove
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Heat up a 3 quart dutch oven {or oven-safe} pot on medium heat. Cook the bacon with the onions at the same time stirring every so often. Once the onions are soft and the bacon is cooked remove them off the heat.
In a bowl combine the beans, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, ground clove and mustard. Stir and add this into the pot with the onions and bacon. Stir again, place the lid on and slide it into your preheated oven. Bake for a total of one hour, stirring every 20 minutes
