Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients

• 1/4 c. shortening
• 2/3 c. sugar
• 1 c. flour
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. pumpkin
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp cloves
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 2 Tb milk
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin pan with liners

blend all but flour and baking powder.
Fold flour mixture into other ingredients.

Pour into muffin tins and bake 15-20 mins
