Ingredients

  • 1 can Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. dried thyme leaves or dried basil leaves, , crushed
  • 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 4 bone-in chicken breast halves, , skin removed (about 2 pounds)
  • Vegetable cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

Stir the soup, water, lemon juice and thyme in a 2-quart saucepan. Remove 1/2 cup soup mixture and place in a medium bowl.


Stir the bread crumbs and paprika on a plate. Dip the chicken into the 1/2 cup soup mixture and coat with the bread crumb mixture.


Place the chicken onto a baking sheet. Spray the chicken with the cooking spray. Bake at 375°F. for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.


Heat the remaining soup mixture over medium heat until it's heated through and serve with the chicken.
