Ingredients
- First Marinade
- 3/4 cup dry red or white wine
- 1 minced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp tarragon
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 bay leaf
- dash of red pepper
- Second Marinade
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 TBS honey
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 2 TBS vinegar
- Third Marinade - teriyaki
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 TBS sugar
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 med onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced

For all 3 marinades:
For flank steak, marinade overnight all other meat 2 hrs or so, turning occasionally
