Ingredients
- CAKE
- 8 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 300 g sugar
- 300 g flour, sifted
- FILLING
- 2 c. ricotta, strained
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. choclate chips, chopped
- 2 pints strawberrys for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 375
CAKE:
beat eggs and sugar at high speed until peaks form when you lift beaters out. (about 30-45 mins)
Fold flour and vanilla. MUST be gentle.
Pour into greased springform pan. Bake 30 mins. DO NOT OPEN OVEN.
FILLING:
Beat ricotta and sugar well. Add chips. Put aside in fridge.
Cool cake completely. Cut in half, fill with ricotta filling. FREEZE cake until ready.
Top with whip cream and strawberries
