Ingredients
- 2 medium head (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
- 1-1/2 cups Mayonnaise, regular
- 4 medium slices(yield after cooking) Bacon or side pork, fresh, cooked - crumbled
- 2 medium stalk (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery, raw - diced small
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 4 large Egg, whole, boiled - chopped up
- 4 tablespoons dill relish
- 1 cup, chopped Onions, yellow, sauteed

Preparation
Step 1
Chop up the cauliflower heads and place in pot of water to boil. Boil until fork easily pokes into.
Drain cauliflower very well, if you do not it will make everything soupy
Put cauliflower in a big bowl & mix in all the rest of the ingredients. Salt & pepper to taste.
