Ingredients
- 12 oz frozen spinach souflee, thawed
- 2 3/4 c. baking mix
- 1/4 c. butter, room temp
- 1 lb thinly sliced ham
- 3 oz pkg shredded parmasan cheese
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 1 Tb spicy brown mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
Stir together spinach, baking mix, parmasan and pepper until just moistened
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface, Knead 8-10 times. Pat/Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick. Cut using 2" cutter.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 mins. Cool completly.
Stir butter and mustard together. Split biscuits, fill w/ham and spread.
