  • 3 cups icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup strong espresso, cooled to room temp.

Step 1


Put the butter, vanilla, Cocoa, espresso and salt into a bowl and mix until smooth. Mix sugar in by hand until just mixed, then mix on high with mixer until fully incorporated.

Makes enough to frost 9x13 cake.
