  • 2 16 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz half & half
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 1 pkg taco seasoning
  • 2 Tb garlic powder
  • 4 diced green onion
  • 1 Tb cumin
  • 2 c. shredded cheese

Mix all together, use just enough half and half to thin sour cream.
