Honey-Rosemary Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2-3 tsp. fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter cut into 8 pieces
- 3 Tbs. honey (lemon honey creme)

Preparation
Step 1
in large bowl combine flour, sugar, rosemary, and salt
cut in butter
using a fork stir in honey
knead in bowl until sticks together
turn out onto lightly floured surface
knead 4-6 strokes
refrigerate in plastic wrap
on lightly floured surface roll dough to 1/4 in. thickness
using a 2" round cutter, cut into circles
place 1" apart on ungreased large cookie sheet
bake 325 for 15-16 or until edges are firm and tops are lightly browned
cool on wire racks
