  • 2 Tablespoon butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups cut rhubarb

Step 1

Blend first 6 ingredients. Place rhubarb in pastry-lined pie pan (8") and cover with sugar mixture, Top with stripes of pastry and bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes, then in 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes.
