Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 7 Cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 C Chopped onions
- 1 1/2 C green bell pepper
- 3 lbs Lean beef or turkey
- 1 (5oz) jar green olives pitted and halved
- 5 oz Capers (rinsed/drained)
- 1/4 C White vinegar
- 1 t Salt
- 1 t Fresh Ground pepper
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 1 t Ground cloves
- 2 Dried bay leaves
- 1/4 t Hot sauce
- 6 C canned tomatoes half drained

Preparation
Step 1
Need: Deep pot or casserole and saute pan.
Heat 1T o/o over medium heat. Saute garlic, onion & green pepper until transparent; Set aside. Add 1T o/o to pot and saute meat until brown.
Saute olives, capers, vinegar, salt and pepper, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves & hot sauce; 10 minutes.
Add together in large pot and add tomatoes. Stir occasionally.
Serve with rice or beans.
