Ingredients
- 1 10 ounce Package Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed and with the water squeezed out)
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 8 ounce can Water Chestnuts (drained and rinsed the roughly chopped)
- 1/3 cup Yellow Onion (grated)
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
Check seasoning and adjust. Serve chilled in a bread bowl with crudite.
