Oatmeal Snickerdoodles

Harry's Recipe. He served them topped with vanilla ice cream. m-m-m

Ingredients

• 2 sticks soft butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 teasp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 3/4 cup light brown sugar
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teasp. cinnamon
• 1 teasp. baking soda
• 1/2 cup Quacker oats

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter,eggs vanilla together then add flour, sugars,cinnamon,baking soda and oats.

preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Make cookies on aluminum foil sprayed with Pam. Bake 10-14 mins. Sprinkle cookies with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar
