Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 lb. cranberries
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel
  • 3/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
  • 2 Tbsp. blackberry brandy
  • Can substitute frozen orange concentrate and real-lemon for peels

Preparation

Step 1

Boil sugar and water together for 5 minutes

Add cranberries and boil until skins pop.

Remove from heat and add orange and lemon peel, and blackberrry brandy.

Cool and cover. Refrigerate. Keep no longer than 2 weeks.
