- 2 medium onions
- 1 green pepper
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- celery seeds, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Chop cabbage, onions, pepper, and combine.
In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Bring to a hard boil.
Pour immediately over vegetables and stir to mix thoroughly. Chill for 4 hours or overnight.
Refrigerated, this coleslaw will last for three weeks.
