Ingredients

  • Seasoning:
  • 1/4 cup dark molasses
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary (or 3 sprigs of fresh and finely chopped)
  • 1 naval orange, zest
  • 4 (1" thick) boneless, center cut pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon crushed coriander
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Combine molasses, vinegar, olive oil, rosemary and zest in a bowl using a fork. In a separate bowl, combine ingredients for steak seasoning.

Pat pork chops dry with paper towels and rub with seasoning. Turn pork chops in marinade and let stand 15 minutes. Season pork chops with steak seasoning.

Grill (or pan cook) on High for 6 to 7 minutes per side.
