Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp bs
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup raisins

Step 1
Heat oven to 350, grease a 9 inch loaf pan
Ina a bowl add the flour,, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, salt, bp and bs and combine
In a separate bowl whisk the eggs pumpkin, br sugar, butter and vanilla till light and fluffy
Stir in the shredded zuchinni, then transfer the batter to the flour mixture and stir until everything is combined. Fold in the raisins
Pour into the baking pan and bake for 60-70 minutes. Then turn out onto a cooling rack to completely cool.
