Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes, chopped, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine (beef bouillon can be substituted)
- 2 tablespoons honey

Combine beef, 1 cup tomatoes, salt, cumin and pepper in mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Shape into two rolls, each about 7 inches long.
Place into shallow baking dish
Mix remaining tomatoes with wine and honey and pour mixture over meat rolls.
Cover and microwave on high for 18 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking time.
Let stand uncovered for 5 minuites.
Note: before serving, slice the meat rolls and pour juices over the top.
