I found this first in Practical Paleo for Beginners by Sarah C. Strauss. Then I found the recipe on the internet. I may try other flavors rather than Dijon Mustard. KC

Ingredients
- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 Hass Avocado
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- Pinch of Garlic Salt and Pepper (or to taste)

Preparation
Step 1
Throw all ingredients in a small bowl and mash it together!
If you want to add a little extra kick to the recipe, feel free to play around with some added paprika, jalapenos, or hot sauce, but the recipe above should have a ton of flavor on its own.
