Ingredients
- 1 lb string beans, trimmed and washed
- 2 tbsp no salt added vegetable stock
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tsp date syrup or pure maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp healthy oil like avocado (optional)
- pinch onion powder
- fresh black pepper, to taste
- (diced shallots or walnuts are good too)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Toss the beans with remaining ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
Place string beans on non-stick baking pan.
Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes or until beans are tender and slightly browned in spots, turning once.
Serve.
