Dessert - Cheese Cake - Mary's

Ingredients

• 4 8oz packages of cream cheese
• 1 1/2 pint sour cream
• 7 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 4 T vanilla
• 1 lemon rind

Preparation

Step 1

Beat for 20 minutes. Place in greased 9" spring form pan. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in over after baked with door open.
