- 8 LG. EGGS
- 1 1/2 CUP MILK
- 1 TSP. KOSHER SALT
- 1/4 TSP. BLACK PEPPER
- 2-4 DASHES HOT SAUCE
- 4 STRIPS BACON COOKED,CRUMBLED
- 1 CUP COOKED SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 2 PLUM TOMATOES, CHOPPED AND COOKED
- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE.

Preparation
Step 1
PRE HEAT THE OVER TO 375. SPRAY THE BOTTOM AND SIDES OF A 10 ICH CAKE PAN WITH VEGETABLE OIL SPRAY.
IN A LG. BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER THE EGGS, MILD, SALT, PEPPER AND HOT SAUCE. POUR THE EGG MIXTURE INTO THE PREPARED PAN. SPINKLE THE BACON, MUSHROOMS AND TOMATOES OVER THE EGG MIXTURE. TOP WITH THE CHEESE AND BAKE IN OVEN FOR 15-20 MIN. OR UNTIL THE TOP IS LIGHTLY BROWNED AND THE EGGS ARE COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH. REMOVE PAN FROM OVEN AND LET REST FOR 10-15 MINUTES. FLIP ONTO A SERVING PLATE AND CUT INTO WEDGES. SERVE WITH SOUR CREAM AND TOAST. SERVES 6-8
