Ingredients
- 12-14 Cloves Garlic, Cracked From Skin
- 1/2 Onion, Peeled And Coarsely Chopped
- 2 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Lemon Zested And Juiced
- 1 Cup EVOO
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 1/2-2 Lbs Lean Ground Beef, Turkey or Veggie Meat
- 1 Tbs Paprika
- 2-4 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbs Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1 Cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 (14OZ) Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
- 1 1/2-2 Palm Full Of McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning

Step 1
Make Mojo- Put garlic and onion in a food processor with cumin, lemon zest and juice. Turn processor on and stream in 1 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup water. Reserve
Heat medium nonstick skiller over medium heat, add beef and brown. Add mojo, paprika, worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, tomatoe sauce, fire roasted tomatoes and grill seasoning. Bring to a simmer then reduce heat to low. Cook for 10-15 min until thickens
