    c butter

  • 2

    T dijon mustard

  • ¾

    c dry bread crumbs

  • ¼

    c grated parmesan cheese

  • 6

    boneless skinless chicken breast halves


Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix butter and mustard in shallow dish. Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in plastic resealable bag. Dip one piece of chicken at a time into butter mixture. Then place in bag with bread crumbs and shake well to coat. Place chicken in single layer in ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Bake uncovered 20 to 30 minutes, turning once until juice of chicken is no longer pink when cut into the thickest part of chicken.
