Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 3 cups sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Stir together strawberries and rhubarb. Spread in a 9×13 baking dish. In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugars, oats, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Crumble over the strawberries and rhubarb. Bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes. Serve warm.
