  • 2 (8 oz.) Pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 2 (8 oz.) Pkg. Crescent Rolls
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg, separated
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice



Step 1

Line bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish with 1 package rolls. Press lightly. Mix cheese, sugar, yolk, vanilla and lemon juice. Pour over dough. Cover with remaining rolls. Pinch cuts closed. Beat egg whites and brush on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or cinnamon and sugar.
