Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh green beans
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Place beans in a large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.
In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter. Add beans; cook and stir until heated through. Remove from the heat. Add the parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper; toss to coat. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
