Ingredients
- 1/2 cup. low-fat sour cream
- 1 //2 cup. mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup. skim milk
- 1/3 cup. sugar
- 2 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 cups. All-Bran cereal
- 3/4 cup. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup. oat bran
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- Cooking Spray

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl; stir well with a wire whisk. Add cereal; stir well. Let stand 10 mins.
Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl;
make a well in center of mixture. Add cereal mixture to
dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Divide
batter among 12 muffin cups coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400* for 16 mins or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan immediately; let cool on a wire rack.
