Chiles Relleno Puffs

These are great little appetizers to add to your collection!
NOTE: To make ahead, form dough into balls; place on a baking sheet & freeze until firm. Place in freezer bag. Store up to 2 weeks. To bake, place on a greased baking sheet. Bake in 375 oven for 18 to 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese (shredded)
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies (well drained)
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 -4 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter and flour in a food processor bowl.
Process until well mixed.
Add Monterey Jack cheese, chilies and garlic powder.
Process until well mixed. 5 Form dough into 3/4 inch balls; roll in Parmesan Cheese.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a 375 oven about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
