Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 Tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbs. chilled stick margarine, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbs. 1% low-fat milk

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add raisins; toss well. Add 3/4 cup milk; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a heavily floured surface; knead dough 4 to 5 times. Roll dough to a 1/2-inch thickness; cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Place on a baking sheet.
Bake at 450* for 11 mins. or until golden.
Combine powdered sugar and 1 Tbs. milk; stir well.
Drizzle over biscuits.
